By attending this event, my guests and I understand and agree that our name, picture, voice, or likeness, and information related to our participation in the event may be used by Salk. I hereby grant to Salk the right to use these images in promotional materials or for any other legitimate purpose, create composite or computer-manipulated materials from these images, use the images in any media, including but not limited to Salk-owned print, digital, or visual communications channels, and assign or license the above rights to third
parties such as external media outlets. I waive the right to inspect or approve these images or materials that incorporate my image or my guests' image and I understand that I will receive no compensation in connection with the use of my image. I hereby release the grantees from any liability, damages,
or claims resulting from the use of my image.
